4. Payments and Refunds
All fees are displayed prior to purchase. Refunds are available within 14 days if less than 20% of the course is completed, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not interfere with the platform’s operation or security.
- Do not infringe on intellectual property rights.
- Do not misuse assessments or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, including modules, checklists, and assessments, are owned by SpeakVista Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
7. Disclaimers
Courses provide educational guidance and practice frameworks. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as funding, job placement, or sales metrics.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpeakVista Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
9. Third-Party Links
Our services may reference third-party resources. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time.
11. Changes to Terms
